While our mandate is flexible, we look for a short list of attributes prior to moving forward with an investment:
Headquartered in Australia
Historical Earnings (EBITDA) between $2 million - $8 million
Motivated sellers who want their business to succeed under new ownership
High quality products and/or services across any industry
High quality revenue (recurring) and growth opportunities
Transition of ownership, with a preference for 80-100%
